If you are installing this from the BlackBerry Appworld or from RoadRunnerGPS website directly on to your device then you can skip this section.
There are 2 files contained in the installation package: “RoadRunner-GPS.alx” and “RoadRunner-GPS.cod”. Please place these files together in a folder of your choosing. To install, simply use your BlackBerry Desktop Manager software. The following steps illustrate how this is done using BlackBerry Desktop Manager v5.0. Other versions will have a similar interface.
- Select the Application Loader, followed by Add/Remove Application->Start.
- Select the Browse button and navigate to the folder containing the files from above. Select the “RoadRunner-GPS.alx” file.
- Select Next to install the application.
